Windows 10: system completely freezes then black screens after a few minutes when gaming or during a...

Please someone assist me this has been doing my head in for days. Since the first freeze happened it got more and more often to a point where I cant play a game for more than 3 minutes, cpu completes stress test with no issue but it freezes almost instantly when I try to do the same with my gpu. using cinebench.solution attemptsISM / sfc commandswindows memory diagnostic toolupdating and reinstalling all drivers using ddu doing a clean windows reinstallationwatching temps constantly for overheatingreseating gpu and ram checking all cables and psuupdating bios and no nothing is overclock

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.
