Windows 10: System Crashes, forced closes and unable to play most games

Hi All Last month my laptop died and it just had no operating system windows, I took it into a laptop repair place and they swapped out the hard drive from there it seemed to work but had these random crashes at first was only every few days but now its nearly every 30-40 minutes.I tried to update graphics cards etc that kind of thing thinking that could be the problem however that only resulted in most games not even loading up to begin with Pretty much only use this for gamingAnyway I'm really trying to give myself a crash course on how to fix these things and my knowledge is extremely b

Unable to play Sudoku game, game closes unexpectedly.

I understand your concern that you are unable to access Sudoku game, we will help you with this issue.

Do let us know if you have made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?

This issue might have occurred due to incompatibility of the application on operating system.

I suggest you to uninstall the game, download latest version of the game form Windows Store, right click on the installation file and install in the compatibility mode
and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the latest version of the game from the Windows Store.
• Right click the game installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the game and check.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Apps & Games just Force Close

I downloaded and installed Six Guns and now when I open it, it says GAMELOFT with it's logo on it and force closes. This also happens to logo quiz. It opens and when I click play or other it force closes. I tried wsreset.exe but it didn't work.

Any help will be appreciated because I really want to play games from apps store in windows 10 on my computer instead of my phone.
