    Please bear with this elementary question.
    My desktop shows number 2 while the laptop(basically the same as the desktop) has number 2 when you right click a desktop and click display settings.
    How can I change the 2 to a one on the desktop?

    Taskbar Icons- Some are normal sized, some are so small as to appear like "dots"

    Additional notes about my displays-

    External Display (primary, extended mode)-

    Dell U2715H (System->Display->scaling 100%)

    Laptop (secondary, extended mode)-

    Dell XPS 15 9550 (4k) (System->Display->scaling 250%)

    Windows 10 upgrade made my resolution low and cant change it.

    Start Menu > Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings
