Windows 10: system does not support Hardware digital Rights Management

befor you say new pc is there anything i can do to fix this core i5 3470 amd radeon 8570 and a 4k hdr display

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to run hardware troubleshooter and let us know if that helps.

Type "Troubleshooting" in the
Windows Search bar and press Enter.

1. Click on "View All" in the top left corner.
2. This will display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. You can click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

Also I would suggest to check if there are any update pending with regard to drivers and to do so, please follow steps mentioned below.

1. Search for Device Manager in
   Windows search bar.
2. Click on Device Manager.
3. Check if there Yellow Exclamation Point in the list of drivers.

Make sure Windows is up to date.

Digital Rights Management

I have a Amazon Prime Video account and after the most recent Automatic Windows Update I've been getting an error message for a Digital Rights Component. I've attempted to resolve this with Microsoft support techs remotely without any luck. It has been
thought that the Issue may be on Amazon's end but the error only appears in Microsoft Edge. Videos play fine in Chrome. And this isn't only on Amazon it's also on Netflix and Hulu. Any thoughts, ideas, and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
