Windows 10: System Dump created for a program that keeps crashing, where do I find the "support site"...

One of the links said it could get me someone to talk to but both of them just lead to the community. Sending me to other confused people isn't going to help me find out what's going on.

Windows 10 keeps crashing

Hi,

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

In the meantime, if you're seeing a blue screen when the computer crashes, we suggest following the steps on this article:
Troubleshoot blue screen errors. Kindly choose the appropriate answer to the category
"When did you get the error?".

Help! New system keeps crashing

It's runing through them now. It's a step forward, as the problem was the system crashing as soon as I pressed the key to boot from the disk, it crashed before I even got to install it. When it's done, I'll burn another copy, see if that works.

 

How crash dump and hang dump created ???

In case you missed it.... The sentence from S_and_S you quoted is a link to another article about hang\crash\memory dump.

You may want to read both, but basically, crash and hang are slightly different forms of the same thing.

Also avoid creating more than one post per topic. Doing so will generally get the same suggestions, and can also cause confusion
