Windows 10: system error - c:\\windows\system\cfgmgr32.dll not found

suddenly - non of my apps are loading

I printed out your emails, the tutorials, and followed them step by step. Every step I was getting the same missing .dll error. So did I not follow them exactly? Yes, you are correct. Because I was getting .dll errors that wouldn't let me follow the tutorials
exactly. I made the disk, I followed the steps, and still getting the same .dll error.

I've spent the last two nights buckling down and following the steps.

Now I can't get to any site other than microsoft on my computer browser. My phone has been hijacked by Microsoft Launcher because I said yes to send a link to an app. Now my phone has been reset and doesn't look like it did half an hour ago. Don't talk to
me about nonsense.

 

msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll in C:\

Hello back TPU!

Yesterday I saw two files(msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll) in my C:\ disk folder. What does this mean? I know this two files should be in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 or somewhere in C:\Windows but not in main disk folder. I deleted this files but files appeared again today. Is this a virus or maybe an application? How can I check this?

they are microsoft visual studio files, leave em alone.
