Windows 10: System error that I can't seem to fix.

I keep getting this a lot and have no idea how to fix it.

I tried repairing Microsoft .NET framework and rebooting but that did not work.


I tried using windows defender scan system and it found 2 files but it won't delete them for some reason when I hit take actions.


Any idea how to fix this error?

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
