Windows 10: System Error

This has begun happening frequently. It seems to occur randomly. When I jse task manager to open file location it shows C:\Users\NAME\APPDATA\ROAMING\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\IWCTHCRB. The directory a[[ears empty possible hidden files. Icannot close the window unless I open task manager and end the task Transactionflow At E8da 32 bit, I have run several antivirus updated and they run clean.I have run the System File checker numerous times. It runs clean.I have run the Deployment Image Servicing & Management DISM command, no corruptions are found. The followin
