Windows 10: System error

I keep getting 5 errors about voicemodpluggin.exe saying a code execution cannot proceed that i need to reinstall the program and that may fix the problem, i dont know what the program is but i get the error code coming up every 3 minutes

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
