Windows 10: SYSTEM ERROR

I cannot proceed to my game. I have this error D3DCOMPILER_43.dll and XINPUT1_3.dll... I bought this Loptop just recently, ACER PREDATOR. If ever I right click to my desktop, it takes too long for the menu to come out. It is a Core i5 8th Gen. I updated my laptop but it is still in the same state. What can I do to rectify this problem. Are you able to follow them?
