Windows 10: System errors

I installed an antivirus Kaspersky Internet security 2020 on my system and later on, my microphone stopped working i couldn't get to device manger to check for any damage to the audio ports or their drivers because i got this error pop-up saying that an administrator has blocked access for my protection mmc.exe, so i went to microsoft support and they explained the problem here.

I tried the "Let me fix it myself solution" since easy fix solutions have been discontinued, can you help me solve this problem

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
