Windows 10: SYSTEM FAILURE AND CONSTANT SHUT DOWN

my laptop keeps tripping off suddenly and citing windows update as the reason, but my system is up to date. can anyone help with that?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

Shut off these constant suggestions from the store!

I'm receiving constant annoying suggestions from the Microsoft store.The setting don't allow me to shut them off. I've tried shutting off them in the settings but there is no button there.They send them every 5mins sometimes more .Does anyone have any
suggestions because Windows phone is totally lacking in support!!!

Run the Power troubleshooter on the system.
