Windows 10: System failure, some questions

Hi all,I am in the middle of a dogfight with a manufacturer for a failure of a new pc: in brief, after 3 months a new pc failed and I was not able to boot. Actually I was able to do many things like look at BIOS, use a recovery tool to remove the last updates, even to install windows or a system image 8 hrs work without a glitch, but at the end, at boot the system was stuck with a screen like in fgure.I sent the pc back and they said I have to pay because they found that some drivers were missing implicitly this means from THEIR original set-up since the disk was formatted. As you are facing issues with the “failure of the computer to shut down” I suggest you perform the below methods and check if it helps.

I suggest you to try running the Power Troubleshooter to check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Run the Power troubleshooter on the system.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Power troubleshooter

I realize the inconvenience you are facing. Let me help you in resolving the issue.

I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc /scannow and press enter.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  
  If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:
  

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing
  Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
