Windows 10: System freezes when Idling Sometimes results in Frozen BSOD DPC_Watchdog_Violation

Hello all,So a few weeks ago, seemingly out of the blue, my computer started freezing when idling. The entire screen will either freeze on whatever is on the screen, or will go to a BSOD Watchdog violation and freeze there. USB devices will no longer work.I've run RAM checks and hard drive checks. They came up good.I'm fairly sure it has nothing to do with my drivers as I've installed a brand new Windows 11 instance on a different hard drive. Or I tried. It froze while I was typing in the product key. Managed to get passed that next time and it froze while I was on the Windows setup menu

Thanks for the suggestion, I did ask the OP to check and according to post #14 he does have the logger running. My next thought was that he had an insufficient size of dump allocated and that logging was not being recorded with the dump file.

i have this problem with my windows 10 PC it freezes for a couple of minuts (cannot move mouse or anything) and then it goes into BSOD with the errorcode:

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

what should i do?

@philc43 - I think which are running and enabling/disabling different providers can be done via perfmon. This is a screenshot of mine which are the defaults of the providers installed on my system, for example.
