Windows 10: System freezing/locking up after light-medium load until i press my reset button critical...

Windows 10 boot freezes on logo but pressing reset it loads fine the second time.

I turn on my computer and it boots up to the windows loading screen then it freezes. No loading dots just the logo. I press the reset button on my tower and then it boots up fine the second time no issues. Any suggestions on how to fix this? All the other
topics on here seem to be people cant get into windows at all due to a freeze but I can just fine after a press of the reset button. Thanks everyone!

 

Reset Button Not Working

Exactly what tittle says. That's been bugging me for a while now but I couldn't find any information related to the issue so I just ignored it.
Today I had to use the button to reset because I messed up doing something and system froze. Well like always before I force shut down I try to reset but it never works.
This is exactly what happens: I press the reset button then the system pretends to be restarting but it never boots, no beeps no image or anything and thats it.
Been using power button restart if system freezes.
Checked the connections in the motherboard and everything is correctly connected.
Could it be some option in the bios ?

So its after maybe 5 years I am confused about a computer problem.
I am sorry for the long post but it really is this.
My Desktop was working normally until yesterday. Yesterday I played Max Payne 3 for 2.5 hrs and after that my sis did some fb. After that she turned off the system and turned off the UPS.
After sometime, I started the system and that's when it all started. I pressed the power button and post process started. The ASUS motherboard logo came but froze there. At first I thought that it was maybe the ODD or one of the HDDs. I checked the HDD LED but it was inactive. Then I saw that some pixels were dancing on the top of the screen. RAM failure symptoms. I rebooted the system and everything was back to normal. But just to be on the safe side, I cleaned the RAM and reduced the 1744 MHz DRAM freq to 1600 MHz. System was apparently ok then. Then I hibernated the system and went for dinner. I came back and powered on the system. To my surprise, the power indicator did not lit up but the HDD detection did and stopped also after the HDD spin up was complete. I could see all the fans spinning and PSU light on. But the system power did not come and POST was not successful. I pressed the reset key and the power indicator came up. POST was successful. Then all I could see was the white cursor on the top left. Waited for sometime. Nothing. Then rebooted again and all was back. Screen showed Resuming Windows. Today I switched on the PC and all was ok. Did some fb and then shut down the system leaving the standby power on(UPS on). After say 20 mins, I powered on the system and the same thing happened. The power indicator did not came. But the HDD light came and went after the detection.(Note in normal scenario for my system, when you startup the system for the first time, the power light lights up instantly but suppose you shut it down but leave the power on and then press the power button, the power light takes about 0.5 seconds to light up-It was like that since I bought it on June 2011). All fans were spinning. POST failed. I pressed reset and all was fine again. Afterwards, I ran some prime95, IntelBurnTest and system is fully stable. Played 2 hrs of Max Payne 3 again without problems. Anyone knows what's happening? I am totally confused.
