    System Freezing, Requiring Hard Reset.


    I am currently on Windows 11 Pro.I got this pc few days ago and still installing and setting up all the necessary softwares and stuffs. But the problem that i run into every 5/10 mins is that the system freezes. Like literally freezes. If some songs plays on the background that song freezes at that moment as well. Only a hard reset fix this issue but only for few mins. I thought its probably because of ram shortage but the thing i was doing only utilized 13Gb of ram. Btw i wasn't the only to install windows and drivers in the first place. It was the employees at the shop i got my pc from. So i
