Windows 10: System freezing - wifi disconnecting

Hi i have windows 10 home version1909 os build 18363.959.

Sys 64bit os x64 based processsor

Intel r core tm i7-3537u cpu @2.00ghz 2.50 GHz


Updates recently installed: kb4565483. Kb4565634. Failed to install: Kb4565483 both 0x8024001e and 0x802400b


Problem:

The wifi disconnects every 5 minutes for no apparent reason. I tried updaing and reinstslling the drivers, but nothign chnages. It' a loop.


On the other hand, the system freezes and doesnt respond to any comand i.e. cntr+ alt +delete. It forces me to tyrn off the computer , hard restart.


To turn on the computer takes forever. And again, doesn't connect to the wifi by itself. I need to troubleshoot the connections to get connected. Only for 5 minutes. Soooo frustrating.


Based on the ststus nad thw attempts for solutions. What thubgs do you recommmend to do and in what sequence? Thabks!

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

Laptop Freezes or wifi gets disconnected and unable to connect to new wifi hotspot when laptop is moved

I have an Asus X550LD laptop with 8gb ram , graphics card and i 5 processor.

When my laptop is moved, then one of the below mentioned things happen.

1. My laptop freezes totally. It does not respond to any key and then I had to only hard reboot the computer.
2. My laptop gets disconnected to the connected hotspot and then it shows very few hotspot and it is unable to connect to any of them.

It does not happen when the laptop is moved in a certain direction or way. I think it is totally random.

Any help is appreciated.

Wifi continuously disconnects


This just started happening only a few days ago, I'm not sure what might have caused it, but my laptop will suddenly disconnect from my wifi network. sometimes it won't disconnect, but just stop receiving/sending packets. I can tell this because suddenly my pages are stuck loading and skype is trying to reconnect, but nothing happens until I manually disconnect.

I have tried

• Troubleshooting
  
  But I usually get "Your proxy setting could not be recognized" or something, even though I don't have any proxy settings.
• Uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest driver for my wifi card
• disabling power saving for the wifi card as talked about here
• Everything mentioned on the Microsoft page here

This has been driving me crazy, ethernet works fine. I can connect my phone to wifi and tether it to my laptop, so this shouldn't be a problem with the router.
