Windows 10: System Image Backup Stalling at 97% reborn

Hello, I've seen that you already have the very same thread existed, and that thread was created in 2015 https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ng-at-97/5fe7e395-e36b-4dd8-8252-26b3e2dab1aa. It is awful that it still was not fixed for people who use and pay for your product. The original post was closed that is why I am opening a new one.
I have the very same issue described in the original post, so I do not see reasons to describe it again, just please read the original post if you need the description on reproduction. I've tried to perform `chkdsk /f`, I've tried to perform
` sfc /scannow` and I do not see reasons to use `DISM Commands.` as it suggested as a method number 3 in original post. , since both of my previous commands did not find any issues and I assume the reason for it is `max path length` or `incorrect characters in the file names` which are generated by default for example by google chrome app yes, not by Edge, because I do not use it and do not like it because it tries to show itself everywhere when you work with windows, which generates really odd filenames for cached resources or gradle which does the same in my home user folder.
What are your plans on it? Are you going to proceed to ignore your user's experience with such issues?

System Image Backup Stalling at 97%

Hi, sorry for my english, I spek french.

I've a similar problem with windows 10 version 1511, my backup stalls at 97 % during creation of system image.

After some hours, nothing changes but my PC goes to sleep automatically.

If I suppress the creation of system image in the backup settings, the backup finished normally after some minutes.

At the moment the backup stalls at 97 % , an error occurs in the event viewer:

CAPI12 Event 513

AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to back up image of binary Protocole LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) Microsoft.

System Error:

Acces denied.

Like you, I've tested different solutions after creating a restore point to get back.

The error disappear but the backup continue to stalls at 97 %.

I went back to my previous retore point awaiting a Microsoft solution.

I will also mention that I've made 2 days ago a new clean install of win 10. Backup works correctly.

After update to win 10 version 1511 yesterday, the backup problem is back, stalling at 97 %

System Image Backup Stalling at 97%

I used the link proposed. It's an ISO file of windows 10 Version 1511.

I have chosen to keep my files and programs during the reinstallation process.

After that I tested the backup.

Unfortunately the problem is the same: stalling at 97% during the system image creation.

It's interesting to know that if a create manually a system image, the process takes around 2 hours, but the image is then created without problem. I suppose that the process is different in this case.

So the problem is still there but there is a way to get around that.

Also, no I do NOT receive an error message. As you can see from my original screenshot, it just stalls where it says "creating system image" in the backup process.
