Windows 10: SYSTEM INTERRUPT 100% of CPU

I am in a little predicament with my computer. Here are my computer specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core ProcessorNVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER16gb of RAM500 GB SSD Windows installed on SSD1 TB HDDIm unsure if you need any more info on the build, but theres that. I built my computer and ever since then it has been running perfect. I've always wanted to run vr on the device and thought upgrading my RAM to 2 16gb sticks would be ideal. I made the switch to the sticks of ram and everything worked very well for the time being. A month later and my computer keeps blue screening of death. I do not recal

System Interrupts 100% CPU Usage

Same problem, new clean installation is not helping and Malwarebytes is not finding anything. When I open task manager it shows System Interrupts 100% CPU Usage and then disappears. If l leave open task manager then System Interrupts does not come up. I noticed this 100% cuz my PC starts to lag a bit like input keyboard or apps slightly lag.

Anyone has a solution this problem is from 2019.

I understand that the "System Interrupts" process is consuming 100% of the CPU;

What exactly is your laptop model and manufacturer?

Initially I recommend that you access the manufacturer's website and update all available drivers;

Make sure you are up to date with the latest version of Windows 10;

Press Windows key + i and access Update and Security;

Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

run a disk cleanup;

Press Windows key + R and type: cleanmgr press Enter;

Click on clean system files and wait for the files to load;

Select all files and click ok to delete them;

Perform a clean boot;

Press together the keys: Ctrl + Shift + Esc to access the task manager;

Click on start and disable all programs that start with Windows;

Restart the PC and check if the "System Interrupts" process still consumes 100% of the CPU;

System Interrupts using 30 - 100% CPU

My brand new laptop keeps running extremely slow and task manager says system interrupts is using up most of my CPU. I've looked online and it says to update windows and drivers which I have done and nothing happens. I've contacted customer service but
its so bad that the automated chatbot doesn't even reply and when I call to speak to a real person they say nothing to help. Surely system interrupts should not be using 100% CPU?
