Windows 10: System interrupts

Starting about yesterday System interrupts has been hogging all of my cpu power. Restarting my computer does not fix the issue. System interrupts only begins to use excessive cpu power when i connect to Wi-Fi. If i restart my computer and i do not connect to Wi-Fi then it works normally but the moment i connect System interrupts will begin to use 15-30% cpu power and stays that way even if i disconnect from the Wi-fi until i restart my computer again.

Does any one have a fix for this?

A deferred procedure call is an interrupt-handling mechanism in the Windows operating system where the drivers can reference when running certain processes. Deferred procedure call allows a task to be activated but not executed, from a highly prioritized
interrupt request level (IRQL).

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to put the computer in Safe mode and check if you receive this error.

System Interrupt Process Using 25-50% of CPU

So I was having poor framerates when playing L4D2 today so when I was done I decided to try to figure out why. Apparently "System Interrupt Process" is constant using a high percentage of my CPU even when nothing is going on. I can't really find any good resolutions from google does anyone have any suggestions?

Windows 7 x64.
