Windows 10: system is freezing at now installling cisco eap-fast

i want to know if my system freezes at this very point how do i proceed because i tried installing it at least 10 times ..... i am facing the same issues .

Reset will do the following changes.

Reinstalls Windows 10 and removes all your personal files.

Removes apps and drivers you installed.

Removes changes you made to settings.

Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)

A 0x800707780 error indicates 'File cannot be accessed by the System' I can find no correlation between that error and Cisco EAP-FAST

Where exactly are you seeing that error, what is your system doing at that time and if possible, could you please provide a screenshot of that error for further analysis . . .
