    System is INCREDIBLY broken, not sure where to start.


    Hi! I woke up this morning to a slew of problems that I'm really not sure where they stem from.They started I'd assume when the PC shut off from a power outage we've had.After trying to boot my PC which in itself takes about 15 minutes I got to the login screen like normal and input my pin code.After putting in my pin code instead of loading my desktop it came to a black screen.I could alt + tab and ctrl + alt + delete but I couldn't interact with anything via my mouse.I opened task manager and used the alt + tab menu to navigate and used my arrow keys to select windows explorer.I then restart

    Windows 11 starts but system is effectively broken: Windows 11 starts up without task bar showing. I can get it it to show by restarting Explorer through CTL/ALT/DEL new task and the Start panel will show but nothing will actually execute e.g. System, Windows Update, etc - just get a spinning circle. I suspect I messed it up...
