System is not finding my foot pedal. I've used it previously with this laptop with another dictation programme but won't work with Dictalogic. Can anyone help.***moved from Microsoft 365 and Office / Install, redeem, activate / For business / Windows***

I am trying to transcribe a report using groove and it is not allowing me to use my foot pedal which is a crucial part of transcribing. any ideas on how to get e foot pedal to work? or who I should contact for help?
