Windows 10: System itself causing 100% Disk Usage on PC.

Ello there, so it's just as the subject says, after fixing everything I possibly could to get my PC back into working order, it would seem that the only thing causing a problem now is System itself, as well as svchost.exe and sedsvc.exe, but mostly the System. Would anyone happen to know of a fix or work-around for this?

100% disk usage

• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Disk usage at 100% cause of WPR system collector.etl

Hi,

To resolve the WPR system collector.etl issue, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key+i to open Settings, then select Privacy.
• Under Privacy, select Feedback & diagnostics.
  
• Under Diagnostic and usage data, change Send your device data to Microsoft to
  Enhanced or Basic.
• Close the Settings.
