Windows 10: System keeps hang up or give me Blue screen when I used combination of CTRL-keys, such as,...

Since Sunday, my Yoga 260, Windows 10, start having the problem described above. I tried to troubleshoot the problem, and verified that using external USB keyboard would not cause the problem. So it is something with the Yoga itself. I had also make sure I got BIOS and Windows 10 components all updated.


With Blue Screen crash, I got two different kinds of error messages:

- "Windows 10 crashing on IRQL Not less or Equal Error", or

- "stop codeAGE fault in nonpaged area"

then the system would just restart;

but, there were times the screen just got frozen up, and I could only powered the laptop down and up again.


I used the Lenovo Vantage and Solution and the laptop passed all the diagnostics. Problem still exist.


I followed the instructions by "tamara_sadel" and "SpiritX MS MVP" on:

and generated the three log files and MSINFO32 files.

Any suggestion what should i do to fix the problem? Any other info is needed to help me trouble-shoot?

Combination of CTRL, SHIFT, ARROW keys not repeating

Thank you for the suggestion but that does not resolve the issue i.e. the combination does not seem to work even when I am using the On Screen Keyboard.

The only change I made was to install an upgrade from Microsoft. Nothing else.

Any other suggestions??

Ctrl + C key combination is not working in windows 10 laptop. Other Ctrl Combination is working. i tried reinstalling the drivers but didn't help.

this problem is not applicable to one application but to all apps. Please Suggest a solution.
