Windows 10: system keeps using 100% of HDD

This is so frustrating as it slows down the PC big time!I'm using a Dell Inspiron desktop with 1000GB HDD and 8 GB RAM which is using W11 and kept upto date on auto.For some considerable time after switching on the HDD disc shows 100% and this can last for upwards of 30 minutes. Even after its settled down it can come back to 100% with a vengeance for a further 10 or 15 minutes.I use Malware and McAfee both paid for subscription to keep PC safe, also use Microsoft 365 for excel/word etc.

HDD works on 100%.

It used on 100% even in idle. Tried to change antivirus, turn off file search service. In secure boot I can't see HDD performance in Task Manager (no such tab in this mode). Most of time there are 'Microsoft Compatability Telemetry' or 'Service Host: Local
System' on the top of process list (>3Mb/s). I have DELL Inspirion 3000 series with usual HDD, there are no any drivers for my HDD on official site.

100% Usage on Secondary HDD

I'm sure that isn't a problem with my HDD. I've just bought this brand new WD 4TB HDD. And on the top of this inquiry, I mentioned that something wired is that the 100% usage jumps between HDDs. It's disk E,F,G this time and it would be disk C,D or H,L next
time after I restart.(I have 3 Secondary Hdds).

The 100% occurs only when some applications are making use of the disk, such as file copying.
