    System lags when playing video games.


    Whenever I run a game on my computer, and when I tab out of the game, my system becomes very laggy and slow. I have especially noticed this with programs such as Google Chrome and Discord. I first thought it was a problem with overheating, so I reapplied the thermal paste, however that didn't solve the problem.I also tried doing a system restore to before this issue happened, and that did work but only for a day or two, after which the problem appeared again. The performance in-game, however, doesn't seem to be influenced by this issue and games are running normally.Here is some information ab
