Windows 10: System language in w10

Hi guys,


so, my laptop's system language by default was Polish. First I've installed the new language package, changed it, restarted the laptop and etc. the problem was not solved. So then I changed the locale language to English, but still in some cases the Polish language appear (e.g. updates are shown in polish and then computer is set to shut down the shutting down window is polish, then I turn on the computer the day is shown in Polish and a few second later it changes to English. It's minor but still maybe there is a possibility to solve this problem?

Language issue after W10 installation - system in mixed languages

thanks for reply, but you are responding for something totally different. This is not a system error, this is a wrong function logic.

If I change "prefered read/write language", that is settings for keyboard input, the language in the W10 changes.

BECAUSE in previous system, this option was only "write" language, but as it was changed in W10 to "read and write", it applies also on settings of apps language, what is wrong in this case, as this option is for input language settings.

This is wrong settings logic in windows 10, it is not bug in my system.

I suggest you to change the Language and date & time settings again. Follow the below steps.

  Open the Start menu and type
  Settings in the search bar.

  Click on Time and Language.
  
• 
  Select the Region and Language and make sure that you select
  Country and region to French Guina.
  
• 
  Under the Language click on
  Add a language and download the French language pack.
  
• 
  After the language pack has downloaded, click on
  French language pack and Set as default
  
• 
  Close the settings and Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
  

I suggest you to change the time of the system also accordingly for the changes to take effectively.
