Windows 10: System low performance in games with 12gen CPU and 3060ti

Hellomonths ago I bought a new system with this configuration:M.B: MSI B660GPU: 3060 tiCPU: i5 12400Ram: 16gb 2666 DDR4 1 slotmy friends with same config have 180+ FPS in Dota 2 but my fps is 80-100 in Rainbow 6 my friend fps is 300+ but mine is 110-140I tried everything like checking options of my system is using my mian GPU or onboard one , updating drivers , reinstalling windows and downgrading from windows 11 to windows 10I guess it's because my XMP is not enable and I can't enable it because I have only 1 slot of ram this is what a tech support told mewhat should I do now? do I need t

Low cpu usage afrer 22h2 update

I read a aricle said that the bug of low cpu usage of 22h2 update had been fixed

Therefore, I updated my pc and find that the low cpu usage are still happened to me.

When I play Chivalry 2, I usally got about 40% of cpu usage.

But now only 5 to 8 % , the FPS are seriouly affected

I am using 3060Ti and 12400 and usally got over 100FPS and now I only have around 60

I optimized my desktop computer well.

• Limited applications are installed in my desktop computer.
  
• Limited applications are enabled in startup.
  
• In msconfig, limited services are enabled.
  
• Browsers are optimized.
  
• No games are installed.
  
• No temp/ junk files
  
• Internet Speed is fine.
  
• Internet Security is updated and working fine.
  
• In Task Manager, CPU usages and temperature are normal.
  

However, its performance is low.

• Please guide me for additional steps or in-depth steps for its improved performance.
  
• And I would like to diagnose its benchmark performance. What applications I can use for it?
