Windows 10: System Maintenance problems

Maintenance will not stop running in windows 11. I start the task and it will run all day until i stop it manually.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on
  troubleshooting.
• Then click on system and security.
• Select system maintenance
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

Method 2: Place your computer in clean boot state and check if it helps.

Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
