Windows 10: System malfunctions and display errors.

So I've had this problem for over a month now and haven't got a clear answer. Basically to shorten things up I've built my own pc but I get bad graphical distortions on my screen mainly desktop and have problems downloading files from anything. Some applications won't run and can not perform and updates from Windows. I thought I had some faulty hard ware so I've switched ram sticks, switched to a new motherboard and even installed a graphics card in a 750 ti I tired installing the drivers for it bht it failed. I'm still using the same drive SSD but I've run softwares that display if the drive is healthy and working and the results have all came back positive.

So please any help at all will be deeply appreciated.

So to conclude, the only two components of hardware that have not been changed is the power supply and the processor.

Laptop display does not detect itself

In regards to your concern, since the second screen can't detect the display settings of your other laptop, we suggest that you perform the steps below and see if it helps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on System.
• Under System, choose Display.
• Under Multiple displays, click on Duplicate these displays and apply.

Display Driver has stopped responding and has recovered error

• How is the performance of you surface fan when you re normally accessing the computer?

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Since the display driver update is failing I suggest you to uninstall the display drivers completely and restart the computer, then go to the manufacturer’s website, download the display divers and install it, check if the issue
persist.

Steps to uninstall the drivers for the Display Adapter.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on Uninstall.

Method 2: Also I suggest you to run the troubleshooter.

• Press Windows + X key.
• Go to Control panel.
• In the search box, type Troubleshooter
  and then click Troubleshooting.
• Under System and Security.
• Click on System Maintenance and Click on Next button.
