Windows 10: System mechanic ultimate defense cannot connect to the internet.

Hi,i have a problem with iolo's system mechanic ultimate defense.

The program opens normally and starts to scan the system,and after about 30 seconds it displays a message "internet connection required,connect to the internet and try again".It still works in the background but you cannot use it,if you press "ok" at the error message,the program closes.Everytime i try to open it,it does the same,it scans for about 30 seconds and then displays this error message.

I have no problem with the internet connection,all the other programs in my system connect to the internet and function fine and i can browse with Opera browser normally without any problems.

I have tried scanning the system with sfc and repair the windows image with DISM multiple times and there are no corrupted windows files or registry entries.

Also i have scanned the system with both Malwarebytes Premium and with Norton antivirus and there are no viruses or malware.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling system mechanic many times and everytime,when i reinstall it it doesn't let me activate it with the license key,it displays a window that "the activation service is temporarily down" and "error 4".

For some reason it cannot connect to the internet,although the Norton firewall is configured correctly to allow access to the program.

I have tried everything i could think of,the system is clean from viruses or malware and i have all the windows updates installed.

I have Java,Net Framework and Visual C+ runtimes installed,all at their latest versions and fully updated.

I have also tried two repair installs with an iso file but i still get this error message from the program.

I have this problem more than two months now and i haven't managed to find any solution yet.

Any clues about what could be causing it?

All the other programs in my system connect normally to the internet and download any updates without problems.

I have windows 10 Pro,64 bit,version 19042.685 with all the updates installed.

Can't install System Mechanic Ultimate Defense

I have had this program on my computers since 2012. My System Mechanic Pro was working just fine.

I decided to upgrade to System Mechanic Ultimate Defense. I cannot get it to install.

What is the problem?? What do I need to do to fix this??

I want System Mechanic Ultimate Defense. It does many things to keep my computer running. I have used this program since 2012.

There must be a better answer than you have given ??????

Can you clarify WHY it is not usagale on Windows 10.
