Windows 10: System meets all the requirements but cannot install.

Hi there,I have a computer that meets all the requirements. Windows update is even giving me the option to download and install Windows 11.I've tried using Windows Update it downloads, says its installing, then returns to the option to download itI've tried using Windows Upgrade Assistant it almost completes the installation 94% then says, Windows cannot tell if you are ready for the upgrade, please restart your computerI've tried using the Windows 11 ISO. Same issue as the upgrade assistant.I have over 70GB of free space. The health check app says everything is good to go.I have run S

Lumia 650 not meeting minimum system requirements of 1GB

This was not the case yesterday. It was listed for mobile as well, now it is indeed listed as PC/Surface only.

But my question was not completely related to just this app, but why the store listed my device as not meeting the minimum of 1GB RAM. (Now it is indeed listed as incompatible as they removed ARM support from the architecture list). It was telling me to
check the requirements.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
