Windows 10: System not responding after force shutting down during Windows Setup

Hi Team,I got a windows 10 setup screen which I was trying to proceed when I by mistake force shutdown my system and now it is coming as black with just a pointer.How do I resolve this issue?? Has my OS Crashes??Note: I was getting the Windows 10 Setup Screen which comes post Installation. For some unknown reason I was getting that for quite a few times even though I have installed windows long time back.

As per the description, I understand that when you select the option to Shutdown, only the display is going Off and the system is not shutting down. I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Right click on Start and select Control Panel.
• Change View by to Large icons and click on
  Power Options.
• In the left pane, click on Choose what the power button does.
• In the right pane, under power button settings select
  Shut down from the drop down list.
• Click on Save Changes and close the window.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
