Windows 10: System not responding when left idle

Hello, am using Win 11 Laptop by Asus Rog. For the past few Weeks am facing issue with this lap, that when i left it for while it won't respond after. And after some time it shows the blue screen with error code 'drive power state failure' and sometimes with 'Unexpected Store Exception '. Is it any hardware issue ? My HDD already have some problem like it takes long time to read and sometimes it won't shows in the drive section.

Bluetooth still on while idle

Thanks for following the steps. Now, the settings won't take effect if you are only using normal PC idle mode. Normal functionality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are to stay connected even if PC is idle. With the settings that you have created, we would
suggest that you set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or
Hibernate once idle. In this way, the settings "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should take effect.

To set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or Hibernate when idle, please follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel, set view by: Small
  icons.
• Look for Power Options.
• Click on Change when the computer sleeps on the left pane.
• Set a timer.

System idle process spike

Although you may have a problem that is causing fps drops, "System Idle Process" isn't what's causing it.

When "CPU usage" for System Idle Process is high, that means that your CPU is not doing much useful work.

Idle, noun:

• not working or active; unemployed; doing nothing: idle workers.
  
• not spent or filled with activity: idle hours.
  

When System Idle Process shows as 30%, what's taking up the majority of the rest of the CPU cycles? That's probably the source of the problem.

 

Multiple Stop Codes While System is Idle

Hi Microsoft team,

I've been getting a series of system crashes. These happen when the system is idle (not asleep). This problem has started recently and I can't tie it to any particular hardware or software change. Errors seen:

1. 0x0000003B
   
2. 0xc0000005
   
3. 0x00000116
   

Steps I've taken:

1. Clean install of graphics drivers
   
2. SFC
   
3. Memory test (memtest86)
