    Hi all,I have been trying to set up Windows Hello Facial Recognition on my Dell Precision 5690 company provided laptop with a Toallin external webcam that is meant to be compatible with Windows Hello.As a part of the set-up process, I saw advice about removing and re-downloading the below optional feature:System > Optional Features > Facial Recognition Windows HelloAfter numerous attempts the downloads keep failing.
