Windows 10: System.OutOfMemoryException and Event ID 41 Task Category 63 and Keywords 70368744177664,2

New PC is randomly BSOD/rebooting and I'm seeing a System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown in the Memory Dump file and Event ID 41 Task Category 63 and Keywords 70368744177664,2. I imagine this is a memory issue, I have 64gb of DDR5 ram, I'm not sure what the issue is.AMD 7950X, Windows 11, ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero

Ive been having this Issue for months now, and I dont know what to do. Ive read somewhere that i should get a new PSU, but is there really no other fix? I dont really want to invest in a new one. I posted this question once a few months ago and got suggested to delete the video card drivers and install them anew, but that didnt help either.

Hi I have been having this Critical error and it started about 5/19/2018, if i remember correctly it occur starting when i play call of duty world war 2 (loading the map in) it would auto shut off and restart when i
went in a game, but last 2 days it crashed once in csgo when loading of map also. It mostly occur on call of duty ww2 and once in csgo .The computer works normally when i surf net or watch videos, i gotten this desktop around one year ago dated at june 20
2017.Is there a possibility of driver issues or psu issue? refer to the picture below for amount of times it had occurred. can u please advise what should i do?
