High Memory Consumption System (PID 4) (NT Kernel and System)

Ohh.. I'm sorry. I was wondering putting it onto the wiki by replying on there or something like that.

    Here's the link:

Sometimes, it is worse of which it is initially at higher percentage but when I started the Windows performance toolkit, the memory consumption for the System will go down to around 20%. This one that I shared is at 30% consumption even when I started the
    Windows performance toolkit.

It says at the bottom of the wiki that "ONCE YOU HAVE RUN THE TRACE UPLOAD IT TO ONEDRIVE OR ANY OTHER FILE SHARING SERVICE AND PUT A LINK TO IT IN YOUR NEXT POST."
but I couldn't find a single available area for me to post any link.

System (PID:4) Huge Memory Consumption (2GB)

Roadblaster, the approach I would take is to find some way way to scan the exact memory allocation, or attach some debugger, to that specific System process and go from there. Or use some system-wide monitor like ProcMon and filter it to that System Monitor.

Yeah but to be honest this is the old win10 Version 10.0.10240. So I'm due for an upgrade anyway.

    Here's this

  9. Yes, I have had something called "Program" left runing from a bit of freeware which did no uninstall it.

Looks like you should check all the "Start Up" software via google to see if you can turn it all off, as looks like a lot of bloatware.

Still need to see Details for which programs are consuming memory.

Try autoruns to remove the software you can not find: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/.../bb963902.aspx

Oh nothing's running that I'm not aware of there. It all just adds up over the months.
Here's my processes. Been running for 10 days, wow.
