    I've been running a game, until I realised the framerate suddenly reduced for a while: from 350 Framerate Per Second FPS to 230. I checked the Task Manager to make sure if everything is going as intended or not, and it looks like the process called just "System" is using 25% of my device CPU. I use AMD Ryzen 7 4700U 4.25GHz CPU with 8 cores and 8 logical processors, just if anyone needs this information.This is how the Task Manager looks like. I apologize if anyone cannot read this language, I just mainly prefer english the most'System' process ntoskrnl.exe high CPU usage :please note: this does not happen every time. This happened 3 t

    Hello Guys , im strugling for few days with this and no luck.

    ntoskrnl is constantly using 1 of cores as shown below.

    Im using laptop Samsung np350v5c-s0dpl
    i7 3630qm
    8gm ram
    Intel Hd graphics 4000
    Amd Radeon 7600M
    -----------------------------------

    What's more interesting , this started after i swaped my DVD drive with HDD.. when i run only with SSD in mail slot it;s normal.
    Already try clean install but still the same.

    I installed Windows 10 2004 last week and it's been almost great overall except for this problem, sometimes (1 in 3 boot operations) when I boot up my laptop, usually from Hibernation, the System process begins taking 40%-50% of my CPU and I would need to restart my laptop for it to go back to normal, I tried to see what exactly is using the CPU using a third-party process viewer app and I took a screenshot of the System process properties, and found a list of threads called "ntoskrnl.exe!KeRaiseIrqlToDpcLevel+0x870" that are taking up so much CPU. What does it mean and how can fix it please?
