Windows 10: System recovery after fresh reinstall

Hi,

After a fresh reinstall, everything seemed to be working normally for a day, except now that I've rebooted for the day (I think I installed some feature update) I'm getting BSOD with error 0xc000021a. I'm trying to reverse the update however it's asking me for my administrator account password. I have no idea what account it's referring to though? I have tried my admin pin that I use to login normally, and also tried my microsoft account password but neither is working. I'm not sure how to proceed. I could just wipe everything again but this 0xc00021 error has been happening after reinstallation anyway.

I can also boot into safe mode just fine with my usual pin.

System Protection Recovery

Windows 10

1. Step 1: Right-click the lower-left corner and open System in the Quick Access Menu.
2. Step 2: Choose System protection on the left.
3. Step 3: Select a hard disk and tap Configure to move on.
4. Step 4: Choose Turn on system protection and hit OK.
5. Step 3: Select Disable system protection and hit OK.

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
