Windows 10: System Refuses to Boot, Bootlog states BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED for several items

Hello,At the start of this week out of the blue I experienced a BSOD Blue Screen Of Death with the code CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. The system rebooted as usual and then gave the error code 0xc0000225 meaning boot files were missing. I then made a windows installation USB and used it to run chkdsk, sfc and dism. After running all of them I now got the error code 0xc0000098, this was fixed by rebuilding the MBR Master Boot Record. Then I got 0xc0000001, this meant I had system files missing or corrupted, however sfc, dism and chkdsk all said that everything was fine. Trying to boot into the rec

Can only boot in safe mode even after reinstall. It is getting struck in spinning dots and getting list of BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED files.

If I don't boot to safe mode, it gets stuck at a blue screen with spinning dots. I can press ctrl+alt+delete there to bring up the log-in screen background with power options and ease of access, but otherwise it just spins forever.

I tried using restore points, but the same thing happened. So I did a reinstall choosing to keep my files, and it still gets stuck on the spinning dots. I turned on bootlogging and the notable lines appear to be:

Any ideas what could be going wrong and how to fix it? Everything was working fine up until yesterday, when the computer updated.

Edit: I ran the system file checker and it said it didn't find any integrity violations.

 

Issue with PC boot after installing graphics card drivers

Hello,

I've got problem with my graphics card that after installing graphics card driver PC cant boot to windows. Only if i uninstall drivers in safe mode it boots to windows then when i install it and reboot pc it doesnt turns on, stops on the loading circle and
after reinstalling drivers it turns on.
