Windows 10: System rejects PIN & password. I cannot open my computer,

Last week I submitted this question, then could not get back to it because of emergency. Dell Inspiron 3020, Windows 11 alas!. I was required to get new password. I did so. Then when I tried to reboot found that system rejetcs both new and old passwords, both new and old PINs. Now it warns that if try any others and it rejects them I will be sent to hell for the semester. I have no use of my computer at all now.

system will not open computer, rejects any PIn, rejects any password

This for over a week. I get a message to type a1b2c3 to try again, but any PIN I enter will be judged incorrect, likewise any password. I changed these because system wouldn't recognize old ones, but it does recognize new ones either. Obviously I am not currently at my computer; I must go to a library several miles away to go online.

 

Sign in security-pin and password

I currently have no password or pin required to sign into windows 10. I would like to establish a pin. Trouble is windows asks for my password in order to setup the pin. If I leave the password space blank it rejects it as the wrong password, if I put
in my microsoft account password it rejects it also. How do I get past the password required step? Thanks.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
