Windows 10: System repair loop

My problem is that Im in a constant loop of blue screen I always get back into the main screen where are my choices: continue, use different operation system, fix problems and turn of pc. anything I do as reboot my pc into factory reset or system startup repair just say it fails and put me into main screen where I have said options

Windows 10 Repair Boot Loop

Windows 10 automatic repair fail loop

I suggest that you perform Power Drain which will help you skip the reboot loop and help you access the PC. To perform Power Drain, refer to the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
