Windows 10: System Reset doesn’t reset

So in settings, have tried to do a reset to clear my drives (as i plan on moving my os to an ssd and don’t need anything on my hdd anymore)

the problem is that everytime i try to the reset my pc to factory settings and reinstall windows, it goes through the preparing phase then it restarts but doesn’t start resetting it just loads into asking for keyboard language then to either troubleshoot or shutdown.

can’t find anything online about this as it doesn’t stop and show an error (it did once and i repaired files through command prompt).

every tutorial i’ve seen online shows that once you do that system reset through settings, after the computer restart’s it’ll start clearing storage but it doesn’t for me. as i said before it just asks for keyboard language then gives me the option of troubleshooting or shutting down.

have tried running this as admin through cmd but doesn’t work either just same result

tl;dr system reset doesn’t reset anything after restarting, just sends me to troubleshoot or shutdown

any idea how to get around this?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Resetting sys BIOS resets RAID BIOS too?

I've never reset my system BIOS so far. Would resetting/flashing system BIOS reset the RAID BIOS (of the ICH9R AHCI controller) along with it? I understand that if the RAID BIOS is reset, my array goes kaput. Help me understand.
