Windows 10: System Restore Error 0x80070026

Hello! I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out and it's driving me crazy. I'm trying to do a system restore from a past restore point. When I tried to do it just on the desktop and not in safe mode I received this error number "0x8007045b". So I read to try it in safe mode. I also tried it in Windows RE and though I don't get the original error now, I get a new one in both safe mode and Windows RE "0x80070026". I've tried multiple restore points and keep getting the same error. I've tried doing it in a clean boot, safe mode, Windows RE and have run sfc scans. Any help would be appreciated. I don't absolutely need to do a system restore, but I'm just more curious as to why I'm having this issue for future reference. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can try and see if it will restore deleted Chrome bookmarks since restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. See this
