    System restore error 0x800701b1 Win 11


    I cannot access windows 11 and have been redirected to the bsod and then to the recovery page. I tried system restoring but it won’t work when it’s finishing. I initially went to cmd prompt, did start vss, rstrui.exe /offline:C:/windows=active to access the system restore page
