Windows 10: System restore issues

Hello,Prior to completing a system restore, the mouse would act on its own and would open browsers and would not allow me to close apps. A clear bubble would appear almost as if another person was controlling the laptop. It got so bad that I could not move the mouse or complete normal simplistic functions. Therefore, I completed two system restores. One from the cloud and the other on the local device. Upon the restore, the system still has the clear bubble and it makes it a challenge to type or preform functions. Its not as bad as it was prior to the restore, however its an issue and I can no

System restore got stuck

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• What was the exact issue that you were facing that lead to perform restore?
• Did you receive any error message, when the system restore got stuck?
• Did you install any third party security application?

Since the computer is being stuck, I suggest you to restart the computer and try to perform the restore again and check if it helps.

I also suggest you to provide more information regarding the issue which led to perform system restore along with the make and model of the computer.
