Windows 10: System restore make my store not working

My store not working. The main page is not coming up. No error shows but it is not opening. I made changes to PC since I need to resolve other issues on it. I performed system restore and it took a long time to finish but after that it works. I restarted the PC to ensure everything backs to normal. The initial concern before restore is resolve but the Store is now not working at all. I dont know how to resolve it since it is not opening and it is not providing any error. Help me.

I understand that you receive an error, ‘0x8007045b’ when trying to do a System Restore. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



However, please let us know:

• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

System Restore may fail with error code 0x8007045b if there is encrypted content in the restore point and see if that helps.



Note: The above mentioned article is for Windows 8/8.1, however, holds good for Windows 10.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
