Windows 10: System Restore Point Is Small In Size

I bought a laptop with no OS. I put Windows 11 Home on it. I don't have much on the laptop - steam, 1 game and 3 documents. I created a restore point because everything worked great and then a bit later made some changes. I wanted to delete the previous restore point and create a new one. I didn't know how to delete a single one, so I just pressed delete all restore points the size they took up was 600 Mb. After creating the new restore point, the size taken up by it is just 50 Mb. I'm worried that if I have a problem later on, this restore point won't work. I'm worried about that because of

How to delete inactive System Image Restore Points in System Restore

Windows 10 64-bit.
When I click "show more restore points" in System Restore I see a bunch of old "system image restore points" that were deleted in past and do not correspond to any currently active restore points. Clicking any of these old restore points, I simply get an error message saying they could not be found, and to select another restore point instead.I would like to delete these restore points listings but have been unable to do so.
So far, I have tried steps mentioned below without any luck :

Disk Cleanup through (C Properties
Disable System Protection (OFF and ON) in System Protection for OS (C
Disk Space Usage to minimum (slider button all the way to the left then 'Delete all restore points for this drive'),
Delete all shown Restore points in CCleaner (the problem ones do not show here),
Reset Windows Backup to Default in Windows 10 with 'Reset_Windows_Backup.bat' utility.

Any suggestions highly welcome.

And when did you get the feature update to 1903? See your Update History to find out.

If that was a day or so ago then it explains why all your restore points were deleted. A restore point from an earlier version Windows cannot be applied to a later version, so a feature update will remove them all. A ~300MB restore point is typical of the system-created restore point for your first cumulative update after a feature update.

 

what is the ideal size to save restore point?

The first- suggests you are saving system images to that drive- which seems a bad idea if it's an internal drive.

The second- that seems a very small amount of usage- at a guess, you've no restore points.
