Windows 10: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION ERROR UPON SIGNING INTO THE COMPUTER

Hi

When i log into windows on my PC, i get system service error and my pc need s to restart. The error repeats Everytime about one minute after login in, sometimes before login in. I resorted to the recorvery options but none of them works besides the command prompt which my guess is the only way to solve this issue. But upon trying to access the c:\>cd windows\system32\ so that i may restore registries i get the error "the system cannot find the path specified" which doesnt make sense.


Am not skilled in using cmd but for me to reach at this point means i have exhauseted every possible fixes a normal user will try. So if you help walk me through it like a normal user.


Am using windows 10 pro build 17134 (as it shows in safe mode.
